About Us
SmartWheels was formed by Gino Dorrance and Stu MacPhail
for the purpose of bringing vehicles to the Denver and Colorado markets
that operate on alternative fuels... ESPECIALLY ELECTRIC CARS AND
TRUCKS. Gino is Stu’s son-in-law, and has 22 years experience
in the retail automotive industry.
We offer used cars that operate with conventional internal combustion
engines, and do so in the hopes of providing quality cars at a reasonable
price, sold in an atmosphere where buyers can trust that they will
be well treated.
However, we are also focusing our inventory on a growing choice of
electric-powered vehicles so buyers have the choice of emission-free,
gas-free transportation.
We own our site at 1395 S. Broadway. We are here to stay! In the
months ahead we will be building a large new building to showcase
our new electric vehicles, and to house a full service and parts department.
As the range of electric vehicles increases and become available
for public use, they will be available at SmartWheels. As other alternative
fuel vehicles become available, we will have those too.
